Wise Perspectives for Deepening the Practice

Dear Fellow Practitioners,

I am sharing a talk on this occasion which was given on the last day of a 9 day retreat taught to a group of long-term students in Malaysia.  It contains encouragements to truly recognise the benefits that the participants could tangibly feel as a result of their good efforts, and to make a sincere resolutions to try and maintain some of the supportive conditions for continued success in mental cultivation.  There are also some humorous admonishments pertaining to resisting various worldly delusions that are commonly marketed to us in popular culture.
